Program Manager (Oracle Cloud Financials)

DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for the

• Leads Financials transformation program using Oracle and AWS technologies with a focus on change management.
• Lead Project Managers for different work streams
• Collaborate with Implementation Partner
• Support and review change management assessments in implementing Oracle GL module and business process re-engineering as needed
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Maintain decision and risk logs.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance. Consult and coach project team and communicate with system-wide teams
• Ensure the SDLC cycle is followed with appropriate deliverables
• Ensure conversion and validation activities adhere to the timeline
• Support and engage senior leaders. Develop materials needed for various meetings
• Manage Project Plan and integrate change management activities into the project plan and develop milestones
• Ensure Test Plans are in place and testing results are documented. Ensure test entry and exit criteria are approved by Project Owner and distributed to stakeholders
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Manage stakeholder's training and participation in testing cycles
• Manage Deployment Strategy and ensure go-live activities are performed

• PMP certified project manager
• 10 years of project management experience 5 years of program management experience
• Project Management experience leading a minimum of 2 implementation lifecycles in Oracle Cloud Financials
• 5+ years experience in resources management
• Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills and ability to collaborate with system-wide stakeholders
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Ability to work in a matrixed organization and lead the cross-functional project team
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Forward-looking with a holistic approach
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Expertise in project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

• Preferred knowledge and familiarity in implementing GL module in Oracle Cloud in Finance
• Accounting background or familiarity
• Project management experience in higher education.
