Program Manager with Supply Chain Management

• Leading a web-application development team
• Front end/ UI development experience
• Establish requirements, costs, and schedule targets.
• Plan project activities, assemble a cross-functional teams and other critical resources; and manage the project from start through implementation and close out. Take appropriate actions to measure progress and meet the schedule. Manage and drive project team to achieve objectives.
• Manage Organizational change: Stakeholder analysis, communications, and planning training
• Prepare and present project updates at executive reviews and escalate issues threatening the success of the project.
• Analyze performance data. Summarize final results vs. objectives and take actions to close gaps. Recommend corrective actions
• Summarize the project results and identify lessons learned to ensure effectiveness and efficiency gains are realized for future projects

• Experience in High Tech product development environment (PILOT), SEMI conductor preferred
• Experienced with Supply Chain PERFORMANCE & RISK management and associated metrics
• Understanding principles of Strategic Procurement Excellence

• BS or BA in Technical or Business field of study or equivalent experience
• Project Manager: 3-5 years of experience running waterfall or scrum projects
• PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
• Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in written form, well to all levels of the organization

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills supporting the ability to solve complex cross-functional issues with multi-dimensional, conflicting needs.
• High-level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Visio
