Program/Sales Director

A Program Director is a very important role. At the school you will complement the interaction the students have

with the instructors on the mats, welcome all prospective, new, or current students, carefully listening to student’s

concerns, and deepen their involvement with all aspects of the Jiu-jitsu Lifestyle. You play a major role for the

development of a sustainable, long term, and highly beneficial relationship for each one of our students.

You also contribute to making sure the school runs smoothly behind the scenes. Keeping a clean environment for

the students to train at and having all items such as water, uniforms and supplies stocked at all times.

A big part of being a program director is signing up new students and contributing to keeping the existing students

interested and attending classes. This position is designed as a career plan for the individual and your responsibility

and benefits will grow as the school does.
