The ideal candidate will be detail oriented in a collaborative role with excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience in project management and analysis support to ensure efficient operation of the team's projects. Responsibilities:Provide operational and administrative support to the facilities management team, including but not limited to Environmental Health and Safety, data maintenance, website maintenance, and communicationsVerify data for accuracy and completenessPerform data entry, data validation for ongoing projectsAssist with documentation and reportsMaintain operational data to provide preliminary analysisMonitor and resolve data issues by coordinating with the wider teamsCollaborate to enable team's issue resolution processesProvide vendor and procurement process support
