Job Description: The Global Creative Development team drives the creative vision for our brands and products and how they are perceived by businesses and brands worldwide. We develop all business marketing content and experiences for all of company's brands and apps.
They have developed best-in-class collaboration models with our in-house team and agencies and our cross-company creative network. This ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches the business audience across the globe due to the scale of our apps.
Were looking for a creative problem solver who is passionate about telling stories and crafting work that feel human and authentic. You must be comfortable working across all mediums. You have a strong point of view on concept and story on behalf of brands. You have a high level of craft in all facets of your writing, from in-product to short and long-form scripts and presentations. When you decide to make something, you see your vision through from concept to launch.
Art Director, Global Creative Development
Concept, design and bring to life big ideas for all mediums, including mobile, social, product, film, interactive, content, activations, OOH, print, events, experiential, events, etc.
Understand how art direction and conceptual ideas can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand and within a product
Present ideas in a clear and focused way that builds consensus within the team
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, designers, strategists and product managers
Work autonomously, with little direction
Create original, breakthrough work
Translate complex strategic approaches into easily accessible creative concepts
Qualifications
5+ years of experience, in agency or in-house concepting and creating for global brands
Demonstrated experience working on mobile-first social campaigns. Experience with Adobe Suite and Google Suite (Slides, Docs)
Craft that breathes humanity into technology in a way that is understood by audiences
