Job Description: We are seeking a Member Success Manager for our client:
Responsibilities:
Single threaded leader who works closely with various partners across the organization to drive specific program and product interventions aimed at improving member experience and resolution
Develop and execute on strategy to increase sentiment amongst Boost Leaders Network members
Provides data driven insights that will improve our customer experience and drive member retention within our SMB Advocacy program
Identify trends to enhance our products, support processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency in order to increase member satisfaction
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Works cross-functionally with marketing, support, product and other teams within the company leading to efficiency in daily operations
Manage overall member communication via an email alias, by supporting member requests, including troubleshooting member issues
Liaise with escalations and internal teams to resolve member issues
Identify trends and ideate scalable solutions to create a better experience for the small business community in regards to member success initiatives
Development and delivery of clear and actionable external communications
Find new ways to scale member success initiatives
Must Haves:
4+ years experience working in marketing, communications or advertising
Customer service experience
Social content management experience for communities and groups
Creative thinker and marketer
Experience managing agencies and vendors
Experience as a cross-functional influencer and partner
Strong communication skills
