Job Description: We are seeking a Member Success Manager for our client:

Responsibilities:

  • Single threaded leader who works closely with various partners across the organization to drive specific program and product interventions aimed at improving member experience and resolution
  • Develop and execute on strategy to increase sentiment amongst Boost Leaders Network members
  • Provides data driven insights that will improve our customer experience and drive member retention within our SMB Advocacy program
  • Identify trends to enhance our products, support processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency in order to increase member satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Works cross-functionally with marketing, support, product and other teams within the company leading to efficiency in daily operations
  • Manage overall member communication via an email alias, by supporting member requests, including troubleshooting member issues
  • Liaise with escalations and internal teams to resolve member issues
  • Identify trends and ideate scalable solutions to create a better experience for the small business community in regards to member success initiatives
  • Development and delivery of clear and actionable external communications
  • Find new ways to scale member success initiatives

    Must Haves:
  • 4+ years experience working in marketing, communications or advertising
  • Customer service experience
  • Social content management experience for communities and groups
  • Creative thinker and marketer
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors
  • Experience as a cross-functional influencer and partner
  • Strong communication skills
