Stefanini is looking for a Project Manager in San Francisco, CA Responsibilities:Analyzes appropriate process for accomplishing project tasksIdentifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasksCollaborates with project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confers with project staff to outline work planEstablishes work plan and roadmaps for project activities, releases, iterations or phasesImplements project communication planPerforms risk assessment and implements mitigation plansMonitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and "look and feel" across ITSEnsures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectivesAssigns duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnelDirects and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budgetCreates status reports and distributes them to stakeholdersEstablishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation ComplexityPlans, leads, organizes, and motivates one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside of the project team's scopeWorks across departments in different locations and interacts with all levels of management and staff

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experienceTypically requires a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated competency in a project coordination roleRequires experience with projects involving one or more technology or functional domainFamiliar with one or more project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniquesAbility to blend traditional project management principles and practices with an agile development approachPMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferredStrong working knowledge of Office apps (Office 365, Teams). SharePoint Online desirable.
