Responsible for managing service partners it’s breakfix inventory, service and SLA Maintain a detailed understanding of deployment activity across multiple projects, including status, release dates, issues/risks, readiness and impact, adoption status. Meet regularly/as needed with project teams & service partners to ensure involvement in project planning and deployment definition. Manage and complete multiple concurrent assignments and or projects. Develop risk/issue mitigation strategies, identify and resolve deployment risk in support of quality and risk management processes. Manage expectations relative to delivery of IT projects and vendor management Identify broad business issues to the business. Manage and track scope and issues and negotiate resolution.
