Project Manager

DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a

• Must have experience implementing an enterprise human resources system within a government agency.
• Experience with software systems such as Infor Human Capital Management (HCM), or Workday, or any other HRIS/HRMS, including implementation experience with payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Experience implementing any enterprise-wide software with a large company, or experience managing a large software implementation project, i.e., >$5M budget spanning 2 years +, and more than 30 project team members, would be very helpful. It would also be very helpful if the candidate had experience with voice / telecom-related projects.
• Being a strong communicator (clear written and verbal communications), detail-oriented, good follow-through, and background working with IT application projects in a waterfall methodology.

• The person must have their Covid-19 vaccination and booster shots.
• The position will be on-site Monday to Friday for the first several (3-4) weeks. Then, after this timeframe, they will transition to work hybrid (most likely at home 2 days per week on Mondays and Wednesdays).
• The client offers a 9/80 work schedule as a privilege, i.e., they work 9 hours per day, and get every other Friday as a day off.
