Project Manager

This consultant will project manage the implementation of Epic Healthcare Effectiveness and Data Information Set (HEDIS) module, including Healthy Planet functionality, Questionnaire, and Campaigns. Typical Tasks: • Analyze, refine specifications, test, and execute tasks that are related to project plan. • Complete project validation tasks and execution of project tasks. • Document build and schedule learning sessions with County personnel for knowledge transfer. • Work with internal and external stakeholders. RequirementsExperience Requirements: • Epic Ambulatory experience. • Project Management skills. • HEDIS knowledge and experience (preferred). Certifications • Epic Ambulatory • Healthy Planet (preferred) • Project Management Professional (preferred)
