Minimum Qualifications:Consultant shall meet the minimum qualifications requirements at the time of submittal. The Consultant, must have provided implementation, deployment, and managed services in Azure solutions as follows:
  • Consultant must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in planning and deploying Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions to an enterprise, school district, and/or university.
  • Consultant must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in managing, supporting, and maintaining (Managed Services) Azure solutions at an enterprise, school district and/or university the size and scale of over 500 users.
  • Consultant must have two (2) client references in Virtual Desktop (VD) deployment and/or managed services.
The desired qualifications of the Project Manager:
  • The extent to which the Project Manager has experience in customization and managing services within the context of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions and deployment.
  • The extent to which the staff proposed personnel will have the qualifications and experience in providing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solution deployment.
  • The extent to which the staff proposed personnel will have the qualifications and experience in providing level 2 (L2) and level 3 (L3)support and keeping up SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Managed Services.
