Project Manager (Banking Domain)

Our client is looking for a

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of banking or financial industry experience
• Must have anti-money laundering" or KYC experience"
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing moderately complex technical projects
• Must be able to create complex MS Project plans, MS PowerPoint decks and Excel workbooks
• Must be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of project methodology, project management tools and techniques across all project activities
• Good presentation skills

• Position is responsible for the planning and successful delivery of multiple moderately technology projects while leading matrixed project team members that are each responsible for elements therein
• This includes building technology project governance structures and delivery plans to enable fulfillment of articulated business goals
• Role is instrumental in driving and tracking project activities, schedule, scope, and budget, as well as negotiating changes in plans and effective communication with all stakeholders
• Manages multiple moderately complex projects from start to implementation with limited supervision
• Drives and manages project activities relating to meeting project objectives, budget, scope, quality standards and schedule with limited supervision
• Consults with all levels of management and typically coordinates activities across multiple units/divisions
• May conduct formal presentations to management
• Recognized as a trusted mentor and leader among project coordinators
