Project Manager - BPR, Roadmaps, Process Review, Scrum, Data Analytics

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support our business operations team, acting as servant leader to the DATA organization. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration, technical understanding, and experience managing enterprise process improvements.

Responsibilities:
Partners with the analytics and engineering teams to examine current processes and looks for ways to improve metric goals, performance, and efficiency where applicable.
Liaison with the delivery teams to ensure proper processes and metric goals align with the expectations and training with these teams.
Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality and reliability.
Create recommendation plans for departments to enhance process through automation and redesign
Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement to our engineering and operations experience.
Leads development of current processes documentation and define enhancements for scale and efficiency while working across organizations for alignment.Required Skills: DATA ANALYTICS; SCRUM; PROCESS REVIEW; ROADMAPS; BPR.
