Here, we’re family.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, Field Events, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring field teams through the creation and executionof FUN and engaging programs that support the employee experience for Old Navy field. You will also oversee all field events,conferences, and virtual meetings to engage, develop, and build culture in the field. Your role is critical to interact with cross functionaland cross channel business partners to influence and represent the voice of the field in all interactions.What You'll DoBuild strong cross-functional partnerships at all levels with Store Operations, Store Leadership Teams, Upper Field Leaders,

Learning & Development (L&D), Communications and Human Resources amongst others.

Represents stores and Store Operations with other business partners, acts as an advocate for stores.

Accountable for the creation, design, and execution of employee contests and incentives programs.

Build and develop programs that celebrate the teams’ individuality, foster inclusivity and motivate all associates regardless of

grade level.

Partner and consult with L&D on any field employee training programs that tie back to performance (i.e., Associate

Onboarding, Expert training).

Manage all aspects of field event production, inclusive of concepting, agenda creation, planning, logistics, budget

management, platform/technology support & post event follow through activities.

Collaborate with the Corporate Events Team on event planning execution (includes travel, budgets, logistics etc.) and L&D for

content development.

Embraces challenges, adapts and continues to perform through change and ambiguity and actively asks for feedback.

Able to effectively brainstorm and then implement new ideas and solutions with the team.

Understand the stores and how they operate, as well as the employee experience and what motivates or inspires our internal

teams (from Brand Associates to General Managers).

Who You AreExperienced in managing multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing, and adapting appropriately to meet all target dates.

Proven track record of events planning, managing projects, timelines, and deliverables with a high degree of attention to detail.

Retail Stores experience preferred.

Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
