Project Manager-HVAC

Package Unit Pros is a commercial HVAC company located in Hayward, CA.

We are looking for an on-site commercial project manager with HVAC experience and a clean driving record. Must have at least 2 years of active project management experience and must be able to do:

- Construction proposals

- Job Walks and identify the scope of work

- Progress job walks and report progress back to management

- Order equipment and be able to measure and order materials

- Coordinate our team from start to finish

- Provide profitability reports to management

- Self starter that is comfortable running projects with little oversight

- Develop relationships with existing and new clients

- Has a team building approach and management style

- Experienced in duct systems, HVAC terms, equipment, and basic HVAC design details

- Detailed and reliable

- Have computer experience in Outlook, Excel and estimating software
