Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scopeAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project scheduleMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededEstablish, Maintain and Manage the relationship with all key stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationSchedule meetings with key stakeholders for projects and track with meeting notesDelegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with key stakeholdersUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
