Summary This individual will help us initiate purchase requests, track, and manage details for ongoing and new cross-functional projects that support efforts to help optimize budget management and results. The ideal candidate will connect with folks internally to get a clear sense of checkpoints and project progress to support a rolled-up view of the budget in real time. In addition to the daily tracking of projects, this individual will help our team create a scalable process for tracking usage of recycled material through our supply chain. This individual will interview key stakeholders in the team to learn their process and leverage feedback to propose a new template and process that the team can use for scaling of ongoing supply chain data collection.

Responsibilities:
  • Fostering and connecting the dots at the organization, strategy, program and project levels
  • Working with, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among senior leaders and executives based on evolving priorities
  • Ask the right questions and challenge status quo ability to mobilize, encourage, and project progress without direct management authority
  • Lead teams of both internal and external cross-functional partners
  • Displaying expert knowledge of program/project management tools such as strategic frameworks, change management, dependency management, and risk management
  • Scale and standard team processes in an efficient way
  • Make recommendations for all users for templates, systems, etc
  • Drive and develop solutions to scale overall work track timeline of project work

Requirements:
  • 5+ years proven experience planning and coordinating sophisticated, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience
  • 5+ to detail with the ability to zoom in to a specific feature or
  • 5+ functionality and then zoom out to explain the way this feature or
  • 5+ functionality connects to the bigger product or program
  • Strong background reporting challenges in timeline and budgets along with Program Management skills
  • Strong background in financing weekly updates and tracking with DRI (Directly Responsible Individuals)
  • Requires a BS in business or computer science

Desired Skillsets:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Previous industry experience in sustainability is not required, everything can be learned and trained on
  • MS degree plus experience or equivalent
