Minimum Technical Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.Possession of a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).Desirable Technical Qualifications:Four (4) years of Project Management experience developing analysis and remediation activity plans, including scope and schedule, with inputs from technical resources.Four (4) years of Project Management experience performing as a Project Manager developing custom Microsoft .NET Web-based applications and knowledge of .NET programming.Four (4) years of Project Management experience developing communications and stakeholder management plans and communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, SMEs, and customers via meetings and communications channels.Four (4) years of Project Management experience validating plans and activities with stakeholders.Four (4) years of Project Management experience tracking performance and progress of technical resources against baseline plans.Four (4) years of Project Management experience publishing status reports of the progress of management activities (such as task completion, schedule deviation, resource usage, and budget), and the technical activities (such as code modules updated, testing completion and coverage, test results, defects, and rework) through leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO) reporting capabilities to provide status reports to the extent reasonable.
