JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Role The Health Solutions Project Management Office team partners with the business, IT, Portfolios, and other functions to execute on projects including schedule, scope, resource management, financials, and outcomes. The Project Management, Principal will report to the Senior Director, Health Solutions PMO and run large-scale, cross-functional projects. In this role, you will:- Direct large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts
- Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
- Build, lead, and coach multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Demonstrated success building relationships with external executives and stakeholders
- Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
- PMP/PMI or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with various organizational levels (from VPs to subordinates)
- Ability to quickly assess project issues and correct them through superior coaching and mentoring skills
- Skills in working in a collaborative and matrix environment
- Experience in implementing solutions in an enterprise environment
