Project Manager - RPA, Automation Anywhere, GxP, Agile/Scrum, SDLC

Job Description: SMCI is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master that has full SDLC experience with RPA. This will include all aspects of artifacts delivery for Project Plans, Risk Planning, Status Reporting, and detailed Documentation experience. The Project Manager RPA (robotics process automation) is responsible partner with the Intelligent Automation Implementation team members and internal business stakeholders to understand the processes that will be automated. The Project Manager will be solely responsible but work with stakeholders to develop the detailed project plan for development and execution of automation bots. The Project Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Product Team in the execution of the implementation and operation phases. Top candidates will have excellent project management, problem-solving and communication skills. Project Managers should be very comfortable with a work history of using Agile methodology for projects and it is preferred to have formal training and training in Agile-Scrum.

Project Manager is specifically responsible for:
o Applies project management skills best practices in the development, planning, execution, control and closing of automation projects
o Oversees the establishment and execution of project plans and other project governance processes and procedures
o Manages project delivery: develops and manage the Intelligent Automation implementation roadmap, track milestones and provide status updates
o Manages product backlog, working closely with Product Team owner to ensure priorities are met
o Identifies and escalates risks and issues to the Intelligent Automation Product Team owner
o Implement best practices for Agile Project Management, serves an Agile scrum master
o Assists in developing Product Team deliverables (set agendas, create minutes, maintain decision logs)
o Supports partnership effectiveness at Product Team level
o Effectively applies the decision-making framework (DAI) and engages organizational expertise in plan development
o Enables effective team dynamics and develops and shares best practices
o Maintains budgetary responsibility of projects
