Project Manager - Sales Enablement Knowledge Management

Job Description

Drive governance and landing efforts with the global sales teams at a Fortune 50 technology company. You’ll work on a variety of initiatives, including designing and running programs, creating scalable processes, aligning teams and stakeholders, landing program initiatives, and optimizing existing program experiences. You collaborate with high-level leaders as these programs impact people all over the world. You’ll also have a hand in building communities and constructing frameworks for engagements that directly impact the company’s bottom line and culture.

We are seeking an intuitive, analytical, and insightful Project Manager to serve as our initiative’s One Source of Truth. You will have the opportunity to not only orchestrate efforts, but to think outside of box, brainstorming ideas and improvements to promote efficiency and excellence. As Project Manager, you’ll support consultants to ensure quality delivery execution, foster professional growth, and embody the role of the go-to expert as the team moves forward.

• You are successful driving change and project results within organizations, even in times of ambiguity and changing requirements
• You are a thought leader, with a curious energy and the motivation to dive deeper
• You enjoy brainstorming ideas as well as collaborating to effect enhancements
• You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within mid to large size organization utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
• You regularly prescribe and implement lean thinking and fast track project management techniques
• You have an executive presence with the ability to drive, inspire, and manage clients, other leadership, and project teams
• You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and process for clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and management at an enterprise-level consulting firm
• Proficiency in MS Project and various PM tools (such as Jira or VSO)
• Proficiency with Microsoft’s suite of products
• Undergraduate degree in technology or business

• Scrum Master or PMP or SAFe Certification
