Role : Project Manager with ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook)Description : Looking for 9+yrs exp candidates.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with our project team and end-users through the entire software life cycle of system scoping, requirements gathering, technical specifications, change control, validation qualification, deployment, and training
- This will mainly involve managing projects through a phase gate process within the planned schedule but also help drive operational and compliance excellence initiatives
- Provide team leadership and guidance to execute multiple projects in parallel with cross-functional teams in a technical setting
- Oversight of all phases of the product development life-cycle process from concept to implementation
- Manage gate-keeping, design freezes, UAT, SQA, validation reviews, change control, sign-offs, and production implementations by working closely with cross-functional teams
- Organize regular team meetings to monitor progress, track and mitigate risks, resolve/escalate issues, and review action items
- Generate the necessary documentation and assist teams with creating project documentation
- Take ownership of hands-on management and tracking of overall team progress and provide management status reports and updates
- Responsible for overseeing project plans/work schedules to meet objectives and priorities for Laboratory Informatics projects
- Conduct Lessons Learned sessions to improve both program and project delivery
- Experience managing projects in GxP environment involving computer system validation.
- Familiarity with the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, should be able to understand the business and advise them on the value that technology can provide
- Expertise with Lab info. Solution landscape –LIMS, ELN, EMPOWER, Scientific Data Management Systems
- Good overall understanding of business, manufacturing, and laboratory systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of integrating different Lab information systems and their business needs.
- Experience compiling project plans using planning and presentation tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate within the project teams as well as with the leadership team
- Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable in an ambiguous environment and drive informed risk-based decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience consists of BIOVIA's Workbook (formally known as Accelrys/Symyx ELN), LES, CISPro, Compose and Pipeline Pilot, etc.
- Certification (CAPM or PMP) or formal training in Project Management
