Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager t o support M&A global projects, focused on the Workday and Finance systems migration. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Partner with other Program Managers and key stakeholders to ensure clear definition of project scope and objectives. Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements. Manage projects within agreed upon scope, schedule, and budget. Manage project schedule, including dependencies to/from related projects. Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy. Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables. Lead risk management within project teams, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans, from identification to closure. Maintain project communication plan, ensuring the team is kept in t he loop on key decisions and outcomes. Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills. Possess an enthusiastic work ethic. Possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Must have:
5+ years experience leading Workday and/or Oracle Financials projects is required.
Familiarity with GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet

Nice to have:
Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE, etc.)
