Project Manager (5-7 years experience)

HGHB Architects is hiring a Project Manager capable of leading day-to-day design + documentation for educational and institutional projects.

Duties:

Lead coordination with consultants & clients

Manage budgets, schedules, and project milestones

Oversee production of construction documents

Support construction administration

Mentor junior staff

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture

5–7 years experience (licensure preferred, not required)

AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Office required; SketchUp/Adobe preferred

DSA experience strongly preferred

Strong communication + independence

Local candidates only; in-office position
