Property Accountant

Description Robert Half is actively seeking a skilled Property Accountant for a contract or contract-to-hire position with a leading property management firm. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in property management or real estate, with a strong foundation in processing A/P and A/R for properties, excellent team collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with Yardi or a similar system.Responsibilities Include:

Managing A/P and A/R functions for various properties

Preparing and presenting financial statements for properties

Assisting in budget planning and maintaining financial records

Collaborating effectively with the property management team and stakeholders

Utilizing Yardi or similar property management software for efficient data management

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Property Accountant

Proven experience in the property management or real estate industry

Proficiency in Yardi or a similar property management software

Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

Strong knowledge of property-A/P and A/R processes
