Description We are in need of a Property Administrator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role involves various administrative duties in the property management sector, including interactions with residents and data entry, among others. This opportunity offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact, managing phones, mailing, and interacting with residents Accurately handle data entry tasks Distribute checks and monitor lines during check days twice a month Post notices on doors as needed and cover front desk duties Draft letters using existing templates and type up handwritten reports File documents and manage Outlook email efficiently Interact with formerly homeless adult clients, displaying empathy and understanding Demonstrates proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Microsoft Excel.
