Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Capitola, California. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, assisting with tenants, filing, and writing out notices. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Managing email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly. Assisting tenants with various requests and concerns, demonstrating patience and respect at all times. Maintaining an organized filing system for all relevant documents and records. Writing out notices as required, ensuring all information is accurate and clear. Utilizing basic computer skills to efficiently complete tasks and manage information. Demonstrating the ability to deescalate issues and manage potentially challenging situations. Adhering to a business casual dress code and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Utilizing various software and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suites and Accounting Software Systems. Performing various accounting functions, including processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate customer credit records.Requirements Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a Property Administrator role or similar. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software would be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook is desired. Familiarity with basic Accounting Functions is essential. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is needed. Ability to manage and draft official Correspondence is required. Must have experience in managing Documentation. Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures related to property administration is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office is desired.
