Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in Los Angeles, California. This role is integral to our team, where you will be primarily responsible for administrative tasks related to property management. This position is ideal if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have experience with receptionist duties.Responsibilities: Handle and direct property-related inquiries from tenants and property owners. Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks. Process and maintain accurate records of all property transactions including leases, purchases, and sales. Assist in the preparation and distribution of tenant notices and other communications. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with property management standards and regulations. Liaise with legal authorities and professionals for property-related matters when needed. Support the team in the planning and execution of property-related events and initiatives. Maintain a detailed understanding of the property market status and trends to provide insights for decision-making processes. Manage the reception area, handling all incoming calls and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless property administration operations. Requirements Must have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role or related field Proficiency in performing receptionist duties such as handling calls, managing schedules, and greeting visitors Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of property management principles Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Basic knowledge of property laws and regulations is desirable High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in a related field is a plus Willingness to continue learning and improving relevant skills.
