Dream opportunity for the right person(s)! Caretaking on quiet, peaceful 20 acre property NE Redding. Ample trailer space with full hook ups near seasonal creek. $300/month rent. Includes large enclosed private garden space to grow your own veggies or flowers.

Looking for reliable mature individual or married couple to help owners with daily tasks that vary depending on season. A great opportunity for semi-retired or retired, as most of the time tasks are light duty. 6 month lease to start. Possible to become a long term arrangement.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Tend to needs of animals. Feeding, watering, mucking. Currently just goats, chickens, and dogs.

Oversee security

Mend field fences

Tend to owners garden on occasion

Landscape maintenance (mow, trim, blow, rake)

Landscape management. Cut up downed trees and bushes for firewood or burn pile. Clean up twigs, branches, pinecones, rocks.

Carpentry and mechanical skills a plus.

Using your own tools a plus.

Must have your own reliable vehicle and trailer or motorhome in good working order.

Absolutely no drugs, smoking, or vaping of any kind. Light, responsible drink okay.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

Must be in good physical condition.

Must pass background check.

Pet negotiable.
