Description We are searching for a dedicated Property Management Coordinator based in San Diego, California. The role involves working in the property management sector, with a focus on customer service and life science. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Handle property management tasks, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and meet all necessary standards and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing all customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Implement life science principles in property management, focusing on creating environments that promote health and well-being. Accurately process customer applications and keep up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action in case of discrepancies or issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management. Work closely with property owners, tenants, and service providers, ensuring high levels of communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations related to property management. Requirements Proven experience in Property Management or related field Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle client queries effectively Solid understanding of life science principles related to property management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in property management software and related applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly Familiarity with property laws and regulations.
