Property Manager

Property Management Company is looking for a full-time Manager for our property Portfolio. LIHTC/HUD Tax credit experience a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a great team!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

-Ability to use and quickly learn technology Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding software

-Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once

-Experience with with Yardi PM software is a plus

-Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing to a budget
