Description Our client is seeking a professional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their real estate portfolio. This role requires efficient management of properties, ensuring their financial success and maintaining their condition. Key duties will include handling tenants' concerns, managing maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with real estate agents for property rentals or sales. Proficiency in property management software and exceptional communication skills are a must for the role.Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial operations.

Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs and upgrades.

Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.

Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.

Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.

Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.

Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.

Ensure adherence to laws and regulations governing property management.

Respond to tenants' needs and coordinate with maintenance team to resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as a Property Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of real estate law, federal and state fair housing laws, health and safety standards, and building maintenance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Superior customer service skills and ability to connect with tenants.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Active real estate or property management license is preferred.

Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
