This role focuses on compliance with LIHTC regulations, maintaining high occupancy levels, managing property standards, and fostering a positive resident community.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with LIHTC guidelines, including file audits, income certifications, and annual recertifications.

Oversee the leasing process to maintain high occupancy and compliance.

Supervise and support on-site staff, including maintenance and leasing teams.

Manage property budgets to meet financial goals and control expenses.

Address resident concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering a welcoming community.

Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and quality standards.

Prepare and submit required reports to corporate offices and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing LIHTC properties, including compliance and recertification processes.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., COS, TCS) preferred.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations, Fair Housing laws, and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Pay Rate: $29/hour, ongoing contract.
