Our mission is to offer safe, comfortable, and affordable housing in our communities.Job Description:We are currently seeking a proactive and committed Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have an extensive understanding of the unique needs of low-income housing communities, with responsibilities encompassing the management and oversight of our properties.Responsibilities:
Supervising and maintaining various properties to ensure optimal standards.
Coordinating and managing property repairs and upgrades.
Ensuring compliance with all government regulations.
Safeguarding tenants' rights by facilitating access to necessary services and amenities.
Responding promptly to tenant concerns or complaints.
Collecting rent punctually and managing late payments.
Managing leases, including contract renewals.
Preparing and managing property budgets, including necessary modifications.
Working in tandem with nonprofit housing programs and agencies
Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
Extensive knowledge of property management laws, particularly those relating to low-income and affordable housing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage stress and resolve conflicts.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
