Proposal Designer

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer who will specifically work on science contracts and grant proposals. This role is primarily remote. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in communicating scientific concepts through engaging visual designs. Responsibilities: Creating detailed figures, infographics, and flow charts for scientific proposals Collaborating closely with scientists to conceptualize and design proposals Formatting and designing proposals in a clear and compelling manner Utilizing Adobe Illustrator for all design tasks Bringing creative ideas to the table to enhance the visual impact of proposals Understanding and adhering to the specific formatting and design requirements of National Science Foundation proposals (preferred) Ensuring the visual representation of scientific data is accurate and easily understandable Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines efficiently.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must Demonstrated ability to create compelling proposal content Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum of two years of professional Graphic Design experience Strong understanding of design principles, techniques, and tools Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and making adjustments accordingly Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
