PT Office Manager @ Wellness Center

Embody Wellness is looking for an Office Manager. This is a part time position that has potential to turn into a full time position.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting the owner in generating and growing business to meet and exceed monthly goals.

Hiring & training staff

Ensuring the staff is upholding the values and culture of Embody Wellness and the office runs smoothly without the owner’s supervision or presence

Acting as a liaison between staff, marketing, the landlord, vendors, the city; and the owner

Coordinating & providing office/phone coverage

Assisting the owner with any other managerial duties

28-34 Hours per week, including every other Saturday and busy weekends as needed
