We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industriesSkills:Experience working with automation testing frameworks Robot and selenium and developing testing scriptsExperience in scripting/programming languages: PythonExperience testing across multiple platforms (mobile, web, backend applications, etc.)Experience in testing enterprise-level web applications, web services, databases, ETL processes, and highly scalable eCommerce architecturesExperience with Agile testing practices, and SDLC processesUnderstands deployment pipeline, continuous integration, and code coverageStrong written & verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt within a rapidly changing environment and know when to ask for helpResponsibilities:Create test plans & test cases for assigned featuresExecute test cases & perform defect tracking/managementDesign & build automated regression tests from test cases using the Cucumber frameworkDevelop testing tools and resources to aid in the testing effortPlan and run automation tests, integration tests, & regression testsHelp define & lead the effort to implement quality requirements & processesComfortable communicating with developers & other technical team membersParticipates in the full SDLC /Agile cycle engagements, including meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessionsPerform UAT / regression testing for all enhancement and/or patch releases against documented specificationsPerform UAT / regression testing against APIs, Web Services using internal and external tools, Web portals, and reportsDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and client use-caseIdentify and report QA issues, workflow issues, and other project risks to the development teamEvaluate overall test processes and produce regular progress updatesEducation and Experience:BA/BS or Masters in Computer Science or quantitative or related field preferredAt least 5+ years of combined experience as a quality assurance engineer, including applications development and testing utilizing the complete software development life cycle3 years of experience with automation required3 years of experience with Behavior Driven Design preferredExperience with OO and MVC software/web/API dev experience is strongly preferredExperience with Selenium, Postman dev experienceAt KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
