QA Automation Engineer, Innovation Division in Mountain View, CA

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Architect, Design and lead implementation of robust test automation frameworks.
  • Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated tests for Knox services.
  • Analyze production issues, identify test gaps across the entire testing stack and make systemic improvements to Automation testing.
  • Help in building Engineering culture that enables quality in all software features across Knox services.
  • Plan automation testing strategies and timelines/milestones.
  • Analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovation ideas to improve quality.
  • Work to create scripts and framework
  • Actively work with automation to assist the team
  • Working to maintain high standards when it comes to product quality.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Software automation testing.
  • Fluency and experienced in automation (Web, Java, Selenium, Cucumber)
  • Previous experience creating frameworks
  • Proficient in framework creation, automating test cases and test automation tools.
  • Strong coding skills in Java.
  • Experience with algorithms and data structures.
  • Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable working with limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid schedule working onsite 3 days/ week)
