QA Mobile Automation

ROLE: QA Mobile Automation (iOS/Android and Appium) Experience : 6+ years Job type : W2 Contract Duration : Long term The ideal E2E Senior QA Engineering candidate is someone who is familiar with FE based automation technologies and is able to ramp up quickly on new ones. We are looking for top talent that is results-oriented and has excellent problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic. Someone who is customer focused, highly motivated, and a self-starter. In an ideal future team-mate, we are looking for the following: Responsibilities Contribute to and drive the end-to-end solutions for Subscriptions features quality across Web/Mobile (iOS/Andorid) platforms. Work closely with partner teams and contribute code to any repos as necessary for preserving the quality bars as needed. Experiment with new technologies and automation framework tools in market. Contribute to enhancing the team's best practices that increase quality. Continually increase your skill set and contribute to enhancing the team's skill set. Min Qualifications 5+ years of QA engineering cross platform (Web / iOS / Android) experience. 3+ years of recent/ current JavaScript/Node.js technologies (building or enhancing automation frameworks primarily) 3+ years of experience in automation frameworks. 2+ years experience in continuous integration and delivery. Willingness to learn new technologies and ramp up quickly. Ability to perform E2E testing needs across all platforms (Web / iOS / Android) Ability to work in a fast-moving, agile environment (scrum, lean, extreme, etc) Hands on Experience with DevOps. Experience with JavaScript programming language. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with eCommerce customer facing products. Technical skills: Api testing: REST API Testing, Rest assured Framework, POSTMAN, json, JAVA, Selenium, Sql, kafka. Web Automation: JavaScript, nodeJS, Jest, Mocha, NightWatchJS, Protractor, yaml, saucelabs, splunk, Git. Mobile Automation: Javascript, Appium, Android SDK, yaml and xcode for Emulators and Simulators setup, Saucelabs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science. Experience with building automation frameworks, assessing new tools in market (test cafe, concord/docker , cucumber etc) Retail/eCommerce Experience. Experience with integrating different automation tools to fill in gaps in automation framework. Having contributed to open source community. Reference to an active github repo is a big plus!
