QA / QC Desktop Specialist for Inspections The Inspection Quality Control Specialist will conduct Desktop review of completed field Inspection records and corresponding corrective notifications for completeness and accuracy per the respective preventative maintenance guidance documents that support the GO165 Patrol & Inspection Program.The QC Specialist is working is responsible for ensuring that field Inspector is accurately identifying and documenting all “abnormal” field conditions with appropriate FDA and Priority assignment and capturing quality images to document evidence at each structure being inspected. QC Specialist will also validate Centralized Gatekeeping work quality for corrective notifications processed.

• 5 years of experience in some combination of the following
  • Substation Electrician, T/D lineman, T/D trouble man, or similar
  • Electrical distribution designer/engineer
  • Electrical distribution asset inspector
  • Electrical substation designer/engineer
  • Electrical substation asset inspector
  • Electrical transmission designer/engineer
  • Electrical transmission designer/engineer
• Comfortable with computers and the following software
  • Windows Explorer
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
• Able to learn and adapt to changing standards
• Willingness to accept correction/guidance
