Job Description

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to administer the organization’s current technology, best practice standards and procedures
Responsible for all the application quality deliverables within one or more projects
Leads quality analysis and test plan creation within projects and assists colleagues as applicable
Works closely with the stakeholders to understand goals, requirements, and the architecture of the project
Develops and reviews the Test Plan with project or product stakeholders
Develops and documents complex corresponding test cases and requirement matrix
Exercises excellent analytical, debugging skills
Communicates risk and mitigation plans for the project(s) in relation to the quality deliverables
Helps resolve issues/remove roadblocks for the project test team and/or escalates accordingly
Provides regular quality status updates to stakeholders
Tracks test case execution status and manages defects within Jira
Coordinates defect resolution with development stakeholders and represents test team during triage meetings
Acts as an expert and mentors and guides other team members
