QC Inspector I - Mechanical

Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a Mechanical QC Inspector I in Escondido, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that is entry-level with no experience required.As a QC Inspector, you will perform mechanical and visual inspections of raw materials, products, and assemblies to defined specifications.Responsibilities:

Ensure the product meets defined specifications by performing dimensional and visual inspections.

Assure proper handling, inspection, status identification, and release of products.

Maintain an uninterrupted flow of products to meet processing and delivery schedules.

Initiate and process Non-Conformance Reports as necessary.

Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Use calibrated equipment to perform inspections.

Review Lot History Records (LHR).

Interact with Operations personnel to determine product status and potential release dates.

Work with Operations to resolve quality issues.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.

Qualifications:

Previous cGMP/ISO experience is a plus.

Previous inspection experience in a regulated industry is a plus.

Ability to use basic measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, microscopes, gauges, etc.).

Able to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Working knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
