QED Polisher (Evening Shift)

Job Title: QED PolisherShift : Mon to Fri (2pm - 10:30pm)Location: Santa Clara, CAPlease call me at 310

• Looking for a candidate that has experience in operating a QED polisher. In order to be considered you should have the following qualifications:
• Associates will have to take measurements of the parts surface & input it into the computer which sends it to the QED on how much needs to be polished.
• Candidates must have used or operated a QED machine with 1+ years of experience or have some type of machinery experience in polishing.
• Used & operated a Zygo before to check the surface of parts.
• You will be required to maintain the QED daily or weekly by changing fluids & hoses.
• Computer skills & knowledge of using Excel & making spreadsheets.
• Cleaning parts
• Keeping track & writing down data
• Handling of delicate optics
• Working with chemicals (acetone)
• Following all safety & health regulations
• Reporting to supervisor of any issues
• Able to read, understand & follow written instructions from our procedure
• Multi-tasking
