Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring for a Quality Assurance Inspector in the Poway/San Diego area.

Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Poway

Salary: $25/hour

Regular Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (2nd shift)

Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st shift) for approximately 2 weeks

Candidates must also be flexible and available to work Saturdays as needed for the foreseeable future.

Job Summary: This position involves inspecting materials and products, documenting findings, identifying non-conformances, and working closely with production teams to maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform in-process and final inspections of products using measuring tools, visual checks, and quality standards.

 Verify that products meet specifications, including dimensions, appearance, labeling, and packaging.

 Document inspection results clearly and accurately in quality control records.

 Identify and report defects or non-conforming materials and assist with root cause analysis.

 Support and enforce company policies regarding safety and quality procedures.

 Communicate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.

 Assist with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

 Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

 Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
