Essential Functions:Complete Customer Quality SurveysCoordinate Quality/Technical data requests, such as Customer Spec Sheets or Certificates of OriginPerform Internal Quality AuditsAssist in hosting Customer Quality System AuditsManage ISO/cGMP employee training programsManage annual employee testing program to determine the effectiveness of trainingManage supplier rating programEvaluating supplier self-audit questionnairePerforming site Quality System AuditsTracking supplier performanceManage Customer Change Control ProgramManage Spectrum Internal Documentation Control Program Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university. Training in Quality System Auditing highly desiredKnowledge of Quality Systems such as cGMP/ISO9001:2000 (Q7A is a plus)Lean process improvement and Six Sigma, 5 S experience and background preferredMicrosoft Office package/excellent PC skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Pagemaker and FilemakerIndependent problem-solving/analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business communityAbility to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or members of senior management.
