Compensation: $23 /hour

Key Responsibilities

Inspect construction work, materials, and processes to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site audits and quality checks throughout project phases.

Document inspections, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management.

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to resolve issues promptly.

Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and best practices.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

Provide training and guidance to field staff on quality standards and expectations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or construction management.

Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
