DescriptionSupport of QI Program administration activities. Provides mentoring, training, and skills transfer to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of performance improvement tools and methodologies. Utilizes a framework of Human Factors Engineering to assist teams in development of effective and sustainable solutions aimed at improving patient safety, quality of care, and service.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Bachelor's Degree - Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration or Management, Adult Education, or a clinically related field.

California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Experience in project management, program evaluation, team facilitation, data analysis, and/or medical management.

1 year - Experience in project coordination/management.

1 year - Quality management/quality improvement experience.

Strong experience in Excel functions, PowerPoint presentation developing, including graph/chart functions within these programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree - Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration or Management, Adult Education, or a clinically related field or 1 year of experience in healthcare or health plan quality management, quality improvement or project management.
