Description Our client is a pioneering company in the biotech industry, committed to advancing scientific research and improving healthcare outcomes. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in the biotech industry is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.

Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Ensure compliance with security protocols for visitor access.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.

Experience in the biotech industry is a plus but not required.
