Description We are offering a role within the Rental/Leasing Services industry located in Fontana, California, 92335, United States. The role revolves around the functions of a Receptionist, providing important support within a fast-paced environment. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Answering calls promptly and professionally, managing a multi-line phone system Greeting and assisting walk-in clients, providing excellent customer service at all times Opening, sorting, and distributing mail efficiently Preparing and sending out FedEx packages as required Completing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Conducting email correspondence professionally and promptly Displaying strong interpersonal skills in all interactions Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word effectively for various tasks Organizing files for easy retrieval and efficient operation Scheduling appointments for colleagues and clients as necessary Communicating in both English and Spanish, catering to a wide range of clients. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in answering multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills Capable of data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy Outstanding interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues Capable of scheduling appointments effectively and managing calendars Able to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly Experience in organizing files and maintaining a tidy workspace.
