Description We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our company. The Receptionist will play an essential role in managing our front desk operations. This includes greeting guests, answering calls, managing packages and deliveries, scheduling appointments, and undertaking a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is a multi-tasker, with a keen understanding of customer service.Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming attitude and direct them promptly.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Ensure the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas are tidy and presentable.

Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.

Manage outgoing/incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Maintain an updated directory of employee and department information.

Support administrative and special projects requirements, as needed.

Use office appliances such as photocopier, printers, etc., and carry out basic maintenance.

Assist in ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Exceptional customer service attitude and professional personal presentation.

Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.

Solid knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
